USFA Quarterly Meeting and Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service. The USFA Quarterly meetings will be held in conjunction with the Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service on Saturday, at the Utah Fire Museum. All fire service personnel are encouraged to attend the Memorial Service in either their dress uniform or duty uniform.
